We are very excited to welcome our students to the 2023-2024 school year at Poland Local Schools! To assist with the transition from summer into the new school year, we are publishing the Back to School Guide containing all the information parents need to know!
Before we start the school year, it is critical that we have up-to-date and accurate information about you and your children so that we can make our learning experiences the best for our students. We kindly request all parents/guardians to complete the required forms in FinalForms with important personal, medical, and policy information. We have added forms for you to complete in your FinalForms portal, which can be accessed at: https://poland-oh.finalforms.com/parents/login
Once you are logged in, you will have access to a user-friendly interface that allows you to complete all of the required forms for this year. Information is saved year-by-year, but you are required to review and make any changes to your information each school year. Changes can be made any time during the school year.
Please complete all required forms by August 22.
