Poland McKinley Elementary & Poland Middle School awarded Overall 5-Star Building Awards

POLAND, Ohio - Poland McKinley Elementary & Poland Middle School received Overall 5-Star Building Awards from the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce for their performance on the 2022-2023 Traditional Report Card.

The Overall 5-Star Building Award is awarded to buildings that exceeded state standards by earning an overall 5-stars on the Traditional Report Card for their performance across the 5-rated components:  

• Achievement Component
• Progress Component
• Gap Closing Component
• Early Literacy Component
• Graduation Component

In September 2023, Poland Local School District received a 4.5 Star rating on the State Traditional Report Card.
